We currently offer personal training sessions between 1pm and 4pm, Tuesday to Friday. This midday window is perfect for those with flexible schedules, shift workers, parents with school pick-ups, or anyone looking to train during quieter, more focused hours. It’s a great opportunity to receive dedicated coaching in Olympic weightlifting, HYROX preparation, or gymnastics skills without the crowds—allowing for more space, equipment access, and personalized attention.
