PERFORM PHASE

8 Week Cycle Overview

Over the next 8 weeks we’ll shift the focus toward performance — refining movement, building strength, and learning how to apply fundamentals under intensity.

 

Each day has a clear purpose so you can get the most out of your training.

Why “Perform”?
This cycle is your chance to go beyond just showing up. We’re putting more emphasis on performance — moving better, lifting stronger, and tackling skills you once thought were out of reach.

 

At the same time, we’re keeping the fundamentals of CrossFit front and center so that no matter your level, you’ll see progress.

So get ready, team. Over the next 8 weeks, it’s time to Perform.

Monday – Running Clock Strength + Conditioning
Start the week strong. We’ll kick things off with hybrid sessions under the running clock — blending strength lifts with conditioning pieces so you learn how to stay powerful, efficient, and composed under fatigue.

Tuesday – Olympic Lifting Technique
Time to sharpen the details. Tuesdays are dedicated to breaking down the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and more complex movements. With technical drills and progressive lifts, you’ll develop confidence, speed, and better movement patterns.

Wednesday – Members WOD
This one’s for you. Every Wednesday, the community takes charge — workouts written by our members, for our members. Expect variety, creativity, and a whole lot of fun (and sweat).

6:10am - BASE RIG & SWEAT

9:30am - BASE RIG & SWEAT
10:30am - Legends 65+
12:00pm - BASE RIG & SWEAT

4:45pm - Lift (Olympic)
5:45pm - BASE RIG & SWEAT

Thursday – Rig & Sweat
Two options, one epic session. You’ll either tackle gymnastics skill work on the rig or hit dumbbell-focused sweat sessions. Each class begins with a practice piece to refine your skills before moving into EMOM-style conditioning that will test your pacing and consistency.

Friday – Running Clock Strength + Conditioning
We close the week much like we started: lifting, moving, and building capacity under the clock. These sessions are all about progression, grit, and finishing the week on a high.

Weekend – Partner Sessions
Nothing beats training together. Saturdays and Sundays continue with our epic partner workouts — pushing harder, laughing louder, and building that community vibe.
