At The Training Lab, we’re open 7 days a week to make sure training fits into your lifestyle — not the other way around.
Our timetable is stacked with early morning, mid-morning, lunch, and afternoon sessions, giving you plenty of flexibility no matter how busy your schedule gets. Whether you’re an early riser, squeezing in a workout on your break, or prefer training later in the day, we’ve got you covered.
We’re also open on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so you can keep your momentum rolling right through the weekend.
Consistency starts with accessibility — and our doors are always open for you. 💪
