We’re kicking off something big — our brand new HYBRID Training Program launches Monday, November 3rd, until February 1st and this is your chance to jump in and experience it for one week for only $39!

The HYBRID Program blends the best of both worlds — strength and conditioning — to help you build power, endurance, and athletic performance all in one. Every session is designed to challenge you, push your limits, and get real results.

Whether your goal is to get fitter, stronger, or take your training to the next level — this is where it happens.

WEEKLY TIMETABLE

At The Training Lab, we’re open 7 days a week to make sure training fits into your lifestyle — not the other way around.

​

Our timetable is stacked with early morning, mid-morning, lunch, and afternoon sessions, giving you plenty of flexibility no matter how busy your schedule gets. Whether you’re an early riser, squeezing in a workout on your break, or prefer training later in the day, we’ve got you covered.

​

We’re also open on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so you can keep your momentum rolling right through the weekend.
