The Training Lab is placed nicely in a 190m2 floor space, with high studs for those extra high rope climbs. With 6 squat bays you can be sure to have room for those squatting days, or pair up and work with another member. 2 separated rigs will spread out the class for those gymnastics workouts. Plenty of wall space for those Wall Balls and HSPU's as well. Limiting the class sizes gives you a safe environment to workout in and gives you that personal touch from each coach every class you attend.

We do have an onsite toilet, bathroom and shower facility. Also an onsite treatment room to allow our members or public to be able to be looked after within our four walls. With limited carparks onsite we encourage members to park on the road and it's only a 100m warm up walk to the floor door.
